FOAMPOXY PLUS is a fast-foaming epoxy system designed to create lightweight, strong and highly insulating structures. Thanks to its controlled expansion and closed-cell structure, it efficiently fills cavities and voids while reducing overall weight.
Suitable for demanding technical applications, it is ideal for marine, industrial and composite projects, offering quick and easy application at room temperature.
FOAMPOXY PLUS offers a high expansion ratio (x4.5), allowing a large volume of foam to be produced from a small amount of product.
In just a few minutes, the mixture transforms into a uniform foam capable of efficiently filling cavities, hollow spaces and sandwich structures.
This high yield reduces material consumption while optimizing the final weight of the components.
With its controlled density of approximately 250 kg/m³, FOAMPOXY PLUS offers an excellent balance between lightness and strength. Once expanded, the foam forms a uniform closed-cell structure capable of withstanding significant mechanical loads while maintaining long-term dimensional stability.

The system can be applied by pouring or injection, with a fast reaction time that helps optimize production cycles. Expansion begins a few minutes after mixing and gradually stabilizes to ensure a uniform foam structure.
Its controlled reactivity allows precise application while saving time, even on technical projects.
FOAMPOXY PLUS has an expansion ratio of x4.5, meaning that the liquid mixture expands into an epoxy foam occupying up to 4.5 times its initial volume. This high yield makes it possible to quickly fill large spaces while minimizing the amount of material required.
As a guideline, 1 kg of mixture (≈ 1.12 L) can produce up to 5 liters of foam, while a 6.5 kg kit (≈ 7.31 L) can generate approximately 33 liters after expansion. Performance may vary depending on application conditions, particularly temperature and mold configuration.
