STRATPOXY is a two-component bio-based epoxy system that can be applied within a temperature range of 15°C to 30°C. Thanks to its excellent wetting properties, it can be used for reinforcing, coating, manufacturing and waterproofing. Compatible with all common types of fibre reinforcement, it enables the production of composite parts.

High performance for protection, coating and manufacturing
STRATPOXY is ideal for manufacturing or repairing parts that are not subjected to high mechanical loads. Used alone or with glass fibre reinforcements, it provides reliable and durable repairs. It offers excellent protection against atmospheric agents, good waterproofing and strong wear resistance. Its low viscosity allows it to penetrate cracks easily, while its excellent adhesion to numerous substrates makes it an effective solution for surface maintenance and protection.
Repairing has never been easier
Thanks to its 2:1 mixing ratio, STRATPOXY is easy to prepare and apply using a roller or brush, with easy demoulding at room temperature. Its two hardeners, slow or fast, allow the working time to be adapted to your requirements.
At 20°C, the system cures slowly, even in large quantities, allowing stress-free application without the risk of curing too quickly. This stability allows you to control thickness, air bubbles and temperature rise for a professional result.
Superior mechanical properties without post-curing
STRATPOXY offers high mechanical performance while remaining easy to process. Although it is not designed to withstand high continuous operating temperatures, with a maximum service temperature of 50°C, it offers a major advantage: it naturally develops high mechanical properties without any post-curing, unlike many epoxy systems on the market.
Even without heat treatment, STRATPOXY achieves stiffness and mechanical strength close to those of resins with a Tg of approximately 100°C and performs significantly better than more conventional thermosetting resins such as polyesters.

STRATPOXY – Standard Version
Ideal for versatile reinforcement and waterproofing applications, this version offers excellent wetting properties and easy application with all common fabrics. It is the ideal solution for simple everyday projects.
STRATPOXY PLUS – High-Performance Version
Formulated to meet the most demanding requirements, STRATPOXY PLUS guarantees superior mechanical performance. It is particularly suitable for structural laminations, offering optimal compatibility with carbon and aramid fibres, as well as increased thermal resistance for the production of high-performance laminates.
Thanks to a complete range of hardeners, both versions cover a wide range of reactivities, ensuring perfect adaptation to every project, from the simplest to the most technical.
