Description

CA 85 is a pre-filled system designed for bonding, casting and sealing for all thicknesses up to 12cm, thanks to a wide range of hardeners allowing to best adjust the reactivity for each use. Due to its density and hydrophobia the CA 85 hardens well under water.

As well the CA 85 has excellent compression and is fire resistant.

ATTENTION: White and opaque casting system

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

  • Mixing ratio per weight: 100 / 25
  • Mixing ratio per volume: 100 / 40
  • Mixing color: WHITE
  • Viscosity of mix at 20°C:  4400 + 800 (CPs or mPA.s)
  • Pot life for casting of 8 cm at 20°C: 2 H
  • Thickness max to casting:   - 6 cm at 20 °C     /     - 4 cm at 25 °C
  • Reactivity: SLOW
  • Tg1 max:  69 °C

AVAILABLE KITS :

  • 6.25 Kg of mix (resin 5 Kg + hardener 1.25Kg)
