ARTPOXY 60 is a crystal-clear epoxy system specially designed for creating river tables. This bio-based system allows castings up to 6 cm thick. ARTPOXY 60 is compatible with all the dyes and pigments available in our store, giving you complete creative freedom.
Thanks to its simplified 2:1 volumetric mixing ratio, ARTPOXY 60 is quick and easy to prepare. Its fast curing allows demoulding within 24 hours (depending on temperature).
Thanks to its excellent air-release properties, ARTPOXY 60 produces bubble-free, defect-free castings with exceptional gloss.

The ARTPOXY 60 system is ideal for producing large glossy and transparent epoxy resin pieces such as river tables. ARTPOXY 60 is also compatible with all the pigments and dyes available in our store, allowing you to bring your creative ideas to life.
The ARTPOXY 60 system is manufactured in France and contains 23% bio-based carbon. The use of bio-based raw materials provides the same performance as a petroleum-based equivalent, with no compromise on quality.
Formulated with premium UV stabilisers to minimise yellowing, ARTPOXY 60 retains its gloss and crystal-clear appearance over time*. For projects exposed to intense sunlight, or where maximum durability and UV resistance are required, we recommend using our PLUS range.

ARTPOXY 60 & ARTPOXY 60 PLUS: specially designed for river tables and thick pours, up to 6 cm thick.
The curing time of a casting epoxy resin depends on several factors: the resin formulation, the pour thickness, and the ambient temperature.
In general, epoxy resin is dry to the touch after 24 to 48 hours, but full curing requires several days.
For our casting systems:
ARTPOXY 20 (thin pours up to 2 cm) allows demolding after approximately 24 hours at 20 °C.
ARTPOXY 60 (thick pours up to 6 cm) requires a demolding time of about 4 days at 20 °C, due to its formulation designed for large thicknesses.
To ensure optimal performance, it is essential to respect the recommended maximum thicknesses and the application conditions specified by the manufacturer.
Epoxy resin can withstand moderate heat, but it is not designed to resist high temperatures or prolonged direct contact with heat sources.
It is therefore strongly recommended to place an insulating support between the epoxy resin and any heat source. For example, with river tables, using a trivet is essential to avoid placing hot kitchen utensils such as pans or pots directly on the resin surface. This helps preserve the appearance and long-term durability of the resin.
