Epoxy Resin SR 1700 + Fast Hardener SD 2805

Very high modulus laminating epoxy system, high performance, high thermomechanical resistance. Very good chemical resistance. Excellent bonding on all kind of supports (aramid, carbon…)

Fast hardener lamination for a room temperature between 10 and 40°C.                                                   Can be slowed down with SD 2801

Good mechanical properties at room temperature, excellent post cure.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

• Mixing ratio per weight: 100 / 39
• Mixing ratio per volume: 100 / 44
• Viscosity of mix at 20°C:  800 + 100 (CPs or mPA.s)
• Pot Life of 500g mix at 20°C:  36 mn
• Reactivity: fast
• Tg1 max:  90 °C

KIT DISPONIBLE :

• 1.58 Kg of mix (resin 1.14 Kg + hardener 0.44 Kg)
