ISOBOND SR 790 + SD 798 - 10-Minute Positioning Epoxy Adhesive

The ISOBOND SR 790 – SD 798 system is a two-component structural epoxy adhesive specially designed for applications requiring rapid positioning and very fast curing.

Thanks to its optimized formulation, this system achieves gelation in approximately 10 minutes at 20 °C, making it an ideal solution for assemblies requiring very short clamping times or fast bonding operations in production.

The SD 798 hardener, with its very fast reactivity, provides a working time of approximately 4 minutes, allowing precise positioning of parts before the system develops strength. After approximately 6 hours at room temperature, the product already reaches a good level of curing.

ISOBOND SR 790 provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials, including composites, metals, wood and mineral substrates, making it a versatile solution for industrial, marine and composite applications.

The system is supplied in 400 ml two-component cartridges (1:1 ratio), allowing fast, clean and uniform application using a suitable dispensing gun and mixing nozzle.
