Description
  • Two-component epoxy system for structural bonding
  • One simple post cure at 40°C is enough to give excellent mechanical properties to the bonding created.
  • The resin, slightly thixotrope allows a vertical application of a thin coat.
  • The system SR 5600/ SD 5602 sticks to many substrates: metal correctly prepared, composites,
  • concrete and specifically on wood.

Simplified and tolerant dosage mixing ratio of 1 to 1 per volume .

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

  • Mixing ratio per weight: 100 / 85
  • Mixing ratio per volume: 1 / 1
  • Viscosity of mix at 20°C:  4500 + 150 (CPs or mPA.s)
  • Reactivity: Slow

AVAILABLE KITS:

  • 1.85 Kg of mix (resin 1 Kg + hardener 0.85 Kg)

Bonjour, Résine époxy déjà utilisée en modèle réduit d'avion RC , mais aussi en construction navale . Excellent produit si utilisé en conformité avec les prescriptions fournisseur en terme de température, hygrométrie et surtout mélange en poids ou volume . J'ai choisi un durcisseur lent pour avoir le temps de travailler proprement en terme de pose des tissus , débullage ou charge éventuelle etc... Dans le cas de charge pour bois ou enduit , l'ensemble se ponce très facilement. Livraison toujours impeccable . Bien bien . Alain

Colle epoxy

Bien reçu les deux composants par Colissimo. J'ai effectué des collage lamellé bois avec satisfaction. Je suis satisfait du service.

Mise en oeuvre aisée

Très simple à doser, volumes égaux de base et durcisseur, colle idéale pour les interventions "in situ". Un léger chauffage au sèche cheveux une fois le joint durci permet de finaliser l'assemblage. Ne pas oublier de dégraisser les pièces au préalable avec un pinceau trempé à l'acétone ou à l'essence.
