  • Two-component adhesive epoxy for resilient bonding
  • Thixotrope gel, applicable on vertical high thickness
  • Hardening at room temperature
  • Low coloring, compatible with transparent substrates
  • Substrates: wood: exceptional bonding on high density woods (d > 0.7)
  • Structural adhesive on dry or wet wood; wood/ wood, wood/ laminated…
  • Preparation of the surface before bonding: contact us

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

  • Mixing ratio per weight: 100 / 44
  • Mixing ratio per volume: 2 / 1
  • Viscosity of mix at 20°C:  110 000 + 20 000 (CPs or mPA.s)
  • Pot Life of 100g mix at 25°C: 60 mn
  • Reactivity: Standard
  • Tg1 max:  75 °C

AVAILABLE KITS :

  • 0.72 Kg of mix (resin 0.5 Kg + hardener 0.22 Kg)
  • 1.44 Kg of mix (resin 1 Kg + hardener 0.44 Kg)

pour le moment je ne peu que féliciter la qualité de l'expédition ,protection du contenu et rapidité de traitement pour tester les produits en extérieur il me faut attendre que les t° remontent un peu
